Total partners with Jiko Chap Chap to launch take away restaurant

On 20th November 2020, Total Tanzania and Jiko Chap Chap pizzeria launched a takeaway fast-food stall at Total Bagamoyo Road service station. This marks a milestone as the first partnership between Total Tanzania Limited and a pizzeria, with a diverse menu that offers burgers, sandwiches and dessert, Jiko Chap Chap is not only for pizza lovers.

To officiate the launch, Total Tanzania Managing Director, Jean-Francois Schoepp conveyed “It is very exciting for Total Tanzania to have Jiko at one of our service stations, this partnership also brings to life our theme for Customer Week 2020; Partnership; which is ending today.” Mr. Schoepp further commented, “It will not be easy to stop by to refuel and not order a pizza.”

The Network Director of Total Tanzania Limited, Marieme Sow said, “For a while, Total Tanzania has been keen on having a food concept in the service stations. There have been many proposals however, Jiko stood out as a natural fit. We look forward to making this partnership a success.”

During the launch, Jiko owner Alka Chande expressed joy over the partnership with Total that will allow customers to enjoy delicious food that cater to their taste buds, 7 days a week from 10:30am to 7:30pm.
